New Contributor To Doggiewoggie

Bill MutterI am happy to announce that I am adding a new contributor to Doggiewoggie. His name is Bill Mutter, and he will be writing a regular column for this site.

Bill Mutter has been around dogs all his life. He has raised, trained and shown Alaskan Malamutes in AKC Dog Shows, was the founder and President of the Peninsula Kennel Club in Door County, Wisconsin, and was the Puppy Class Director and Trainer.

He has also served as 4-H Dog Project Key County Leader in Door County, Wisconsin, and was appointed as the Door-Kewaunee County Representative to the Wisconsin’s State 4-H Dog Project Committee.

He also was the founder and Program Director of the Door County 4-H Leader Dog Puppy Project, where 4-H families received 8 to 12 week old puppies to raise and socialize for one year after which they were returned to the Leader Dog for the Blind school in Rochester, Michigan, for their training to become Leader Dogs for the Blind.

He has written numerous articles on dog care as a guest weekly columnist for the Door County Advocate newspaper in Door County, Wisconsin.

I am really happy to have Bill agree to write some articles for this site! I will be posting his first article shortly.
